II (ALUBU) on its initial public offering of 28,750,000 units at $10.00 per unit including the issuance of 3,750,000 units as a result of the underwriter's full exercise of its over-allotment option. The offering resulted in gross proceeds to the Company of $287,500,000. The units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “ALUB U” on 14 November 2025.
