UPDATE: Dec. 14 at 11:01 a.m. West Van Giesen Bridge has been closed to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic, according to an update from the West Richland Police Department.

UPDATE Dec. 14 at 3:10 p.m. The City of West Richland announced flood waters in the area are receding, with levels expected to drop below flood stage by Monday afternoon.

KENNEWICK, Wash.–Northbound traffic on Hwy 395 and westbound traffic on Vista Way is blocked due to a collision.
