The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) got a new helper for its neighborhood watch – a miniature horse named Patch. The NOPD posted to X (formerly Twitter): It's official – our beloved Patch the mini horse is a full-fledged NOPD Officer!!! Patch was sworn in today by Mayor LaToya Cantrell.
