Former Granbury City Council candidate Brad Benson has been found guilty on 11 counts of possession of child pornography, after a jury delivered a unanimous verdict in Judge Bryan Bufkin’s courtroom Tuesday.

Hood County Commissioners Court has unanimously adopted the 2025-26 budget and set a lower tax rate than was initially proposed last month.
