The Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation announced it is sitting at the bargaining table Wednesday and Thursday to continue negotiating a new collective agreement with the province.

The two-day program focused on catching impaired driving, distracted driving, seat-belt use, speeding, unlicensed driving/vehicle registration, and vehicle equipment regulations.

The Saskatoon Fire Department (SFD) announced a new chief on Wednesday, saying Doug Wegren will step into the role on Thursday.
