WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -- A motorcycle rider has died after a crash on Kellogg in east Wichita on Friday afternoon.

The Sedgwick County district attorney's office said Clowie McLaughlin 's hearing in Judge Sean Hatfield's courtroom at 9 a.m. A competency evaluation was ordered in April at the request of McLaughlin's attorneys.

McLaughlin is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence in the deaths of LaShea Bell and A'Niah Bell.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Kansas said 60-year-old Adam Lee Osborn posted threats on his social media pages in January, saying he wanted to murder Congresswoman Omar.

Ascension Via Christi St. Francis saw 19 emergency department patients with six hospital admissions, a spokesperson for Via Christi told KAKE News on Tuesday. At St. Joseph, nine patients were treated for non-life-threatening burns. There were no permanent injuries and no hospital admissions.
