Bodycam video revealed when officers arrived to Greenwood Cemetery Anselmo still had Sue Ellen’s blood on his hand

When Eustis police arrived at Greenwood Cemetary, they found a pregnant Sue Ellen barely alive in the driver’s seat of a car with a cord around her neck.

A trial continues Tuesday for the Eustis man accused of killing a pregnant woman and her unborn child in 2019.

Waite testified that there was constant abuse. Waite said John Anselmo sexually abused her while she lived at the home, ultimately resulting in her running away.

The video continues by showing the time he got into the ambulance. Anselmo is then seen able to calmly and clearly answer the medic's questions including his birthday, age, social security number and address. This could be seen as the state's way of trying to prove he knew what he was doing that day, after he admitted to strangling his stepmom.

Jurors spent hours Friday deliberating over the fate of Ian Anselmo, and came with a guilty verdict on two counts of second-degree murder of his stepmother and her unborn child.

Jordanish Torres-Garcia was arrested Friday on federal gun charges out of Puerto Rico. Channel 9 obtained documents that show Torres-Garcia entered a guilty plea agreement in 2016, admitting he transported three guns and 118 rounds of bullets across an interstate. He spent 36 months in jail and was serving three years of supervised release when he stopped reporting to his parole office. Torres-Garcia then became a fugitive.
