Last week’s column concluded with the observation that, while the immediate and near-term crude oil outlook for Guyana remains uncertain, I firmly expect the country to rebound positively, over the medium to longer term, And, as we shall see, going forward, this timeline confirms to the already scheduled FPSOs project construction-based forecasts for full ramp-up of Guyana’s crude oil output around the early to mid-2030s.
