In this exclusive interview with PassBlue , the p ermanent r epresentative of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the United Nations, Zénon Mukongo Ngay, discussed the dynamics of the three elected African members in the Security Council (“A3”) and the expectation of Trinidad and Tobago joining as the “plus” partner next year as a new Council member.
