Syracuse, N.Y. -- Anthony Braswell took a plea deal that would send him to prison for 28 years for pleading guilty to drugs and guns found in a Syracuse apartment.

| Pittsford, N.Y. -- A Wegmans in Pittsford was placed on lockdown Wednesday after a shooting was reported in the grocery store parking lot, deputies said.

The man was taken to Upstate University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead, police said.

Clay, N.Y. — It was a regular Tuesday for Lasaros Milian as he sat in the passenger side of his coworker's car enjoying his lunch-time burrito.

They stole $4,500 from a family trying to post bail for relative, prosecutors said. The family was out the money and the man remains in jail.

Police found a 40 caliber Taurus TH40C handgun inside a vehicle owned by one of the men, police said.

The fire was ruled accidental. The food was cooking in a kitchenette area, firefighters said.
