The event hosted by the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce brought business owners and health officials to the same table to talk about tobacco and vaping rules.

This year's event will feature 16 eateries, including several restaurants that will be taking part in the competition for the first time.

The new restaurant is setting up in the former home of Mexican Village at 32nd Avenue and 45th Street south in Fargo.

The restaurant will be the second Taco John's to open in the Fargo area since the start of the year.
