Citing a state RSA that prohibits the placement of "any advertising device" within a right-of-way adjacent to state and federal highways, turnpikes and interstates, Nashua police last Friday issued summonses to two leaders of the New Hampshire Bridge Brigade for Democracy, a grassroots organization that bills itself as a "volunteer-powered network" aimed at "bringing people together, reducing fear, and strengthening democracy … ."
