One of the luxuries I miss as I get older is “sleeping like a baby.” Long gone are the days of lying in bed and sleeping until noon on Saturdays. Now, I'd settle for 8 a.m. Also exiled to memory is sleeping through the night without awakening. It now seems that I either can't fall asleep or can't stay asleep.
