The strongbox in Sungrove Manor is in a study on the second floor. You'll have to sneak into the building, which is easiest to do by entering through a window on the southeastern wall.

The strongbox in Delesyia castle is hidden behind a rotating fireplace in the dining room on an upper floor. The easiest way to access it is to head up to the roof on the east side. There's a door there that gets you onto a balcony above the dining area.
