The annual Saratoga-Wilton Elks Flag Day Parade took place on Saturday afternoon, drawing a large crowd in downtown Saratoga Springs that enjoyed the popular annual tradition. The annual Beekman Street Art Fair took place on Sunday in Saratoga Springs, drawing a large crowd to the Beekman Street Arts District to interact with the more than 60 participating artists.
