The top 25 under 25 Sharks survey is back for another season, and it’s another good season to be an optimistic San Jose Sharks fan. Once again, the prospect pool is loaded with riches, and the under-25 crowd is chockful of talent. Before we jump into the new additions, let’s take a look at what last season’s list looked like.

It looks like the dust has settled on free agency and the San Jose Sharks have settled on the forward lines for the time being. The biggest addition on the first day of free agency was forward Mason Marchment. Two days later, the Sharks signed first-round draft pick Ivar Stenberg to his entry-level contract. The Santa Clara Cultural Commission just wrapped up the 2026 summer season of Concerts in the Park.

In June and July, the agencies seized 7,062 illegal products valued at $114,575. The seizure could also lead to nearly $400,000 in fines.

49ers Owner John Edward “Jed” York has entered a plea of “no contest” to two misdemeanor charges after a weekend arrest. Police arrested York on Sunday in East Palestine, Ohio. Early Monday morning, he entered his pleas before a judge in Columbiana County Court.

The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the two men killed in a wrong-way crash in Santa Clara just before noon on Aug. 26. The Medical Examiner’s Office has identified 58-year-old Stephen Hinkson of San Carlos and 39-year-old Keith Demarest, whose city of residence was not released.
