Belmont Fire Department Chief David DeStefano has submitted his resignation, according to Belmont Town Administrator Patrce Garvin at the Select Board meeting on Monday, June 29.

To accommodate a new schedule, the Belmont Department of Public Works has suspended yard waste pickup from Monday, June 29 through Friday, July 3.
