On Friday, ProShares rolled out two ETFs offering 2x leveraged and 2x inverse exposure to the performance of ether, respectively. The ProShares Ultra Ether ETF (NYSE Arca: ETHT) and ProShares UltraShort Ether ETF (ETHD).

Last week was a busy one for ETFs, with nine new ETFs launching on the first day of the week alone. Calamos, Innovator, AllianzIM, Direxion, Global X and ProShares were among the issuers rolling out new funds.

On Monday, AllianceBernstein completed the conversion of two of its actively managed mutual funds into ETFs. The AB Short Duration Income ETF (NYSE Arca: SDFI) and AB Short Duration High Yield ETF (NYSE Arca: SYFI) have expense ratios of 0.30% and 0.40%, respectively.

Last week saw issuers roll out a dozen new ETFs, including launches from AllianceBernstein, OneAscent and YieldMax. Among the other debuts were five new target-maturity bond funds as well as buffer strategies and a new angle on the Nasdaq-100.

Direxion today launched an ETF that offers leveraged exposure to companies operating in the nuclear energy industry. The Direxion Daily Uranium Industry Bull 2X Shares (NYSE Arca: URAA) aims to provide twice the daily performance of the Solactive United States Uranium and Nuclear Energy ETF Select Index.

Calamos added another fund to its Structured Protection ETFs lineup with the launch of CPRJ, which covers the Russell 2000 Index.

Calamos added CPSJ, an ETF to its Structured Protection ETFs family that replicates the performance of the S&P 500 w/100% downside protection.

The U.S. ETF industry saw 22 new ETFs debut last week, which was the best one for launches across multiple months. The issuers launching funds include Capital Group, Direxion, First Trust, Invesco, NEOS, Neuberger Berman, newcomer Nightview Capital, PGIM, Strive, TCW and YieldMax.

This week opened with a deluge of 15 new ETFs on Monday, with only a single launch occurring after that. Perhaps the most notable of the debuts was the first buffer ETF from iShares.

The past week saw the debut of 13 new ETFs on U.S. markets as well as a host of material changes to existing funds. Among the firms launching ETFs were Harbor Capital, YieldMax, ALPS, and T. Rowe Price, as well as newcomers Ocean Park and Draco Evolution.
