The Town of Friday Harbor held a closed record appeal on April 4 at noon, for San Juan County to present evidence that the Fairgrounds has not violated water usage. Because it was a closed record, public comment was not taken, and Jon Cain, San Juan County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, did not present any new evidence.

While Coupville baseball and softball teams proved tough to beat Apil 16 on the Linde Community Fields, both Wolverine teams fought hard and made amazing plays, great catches and base stealing.
Hannah Heights Homeowners Association has secured 1.2 million dollars from the state toward drilling a new well. The other million for the distribution system is pending. According to Sarah Severn, HOA board member, the system is old and in disrepair, prone to leaks, and could potentially cause recontamination.
