Video shared by Phoenix Police Department on Thursday (18 June) shows officers approaching the ablaze mobile home, as smoke pours out its windows. An officer can be seen using an axe to break into the property, before firefighters enter. Inside, they found several trapped pets. Footage shows a firefighter handing an officer a pup. “Thanks to the teamwork and fast response, everyone made it out safely,” the force said as it shared the footage.
