After a forfeit to 127 pounder Austin Bernash (CR), Colby Kaufman (CR) pinned Jesse Parks (T) in the second period and Dominic Deputy (CR — returning state champ) pinned Colton Frye (T) in the first period. In a hard-fought contest which went down to the wire, Brayden Sain (T) fell to Gavin Miller (CR) by a score of 7-6. Trenden Willey (CR) picked up a second period fall over Rhys Rawlings (T) and Lee Brown (CR) picked up a second period fall over Isaiah Suhony (T). Tyrone's Mason VanAllman stopped the Lions' momentum by picking up a first period fall over Tristan Casey (CR). Kyle Scott (T) picked up a quick first period fall over Caleb Ringler (CR). Kyler Suhoney (T) received a forfeit. The Lions' Jesse Calhoun ended the contest with a first period fall over John Eaken (T).
