Bishop's death generates a huge response on Facebook.

Sheila Ehresman, speaking for the family, wrote on Facebook that Bishop "is still on life support while we find matches for his beautiful body." Two suspects were arrested Tuesday.

The man paid for the products but was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

There were visible injuries, "but nobody wanted to do anything about it," said Division Chief Dean Elliott of the Grand Island Police Department.

Deputies responded to the area and searched for the vehicle and its driver. The driver was reported to have his or her head and face covered with cloth.

The driver of a Buick LeSabre was transported to Merrick Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
