The crash happened about 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Northport Drive and Troy Drive, Madison police said.

The incident happened in the area of East Washington Avenue and Oak Street around 1:40 p.m. Saturday, Madison police said.

Multiple witnesses called 911 around 8:30 a.m. to report the lightning strike at 9411 Modern Point Lane.

At about 3:10 p.m., Middleton police were sent to a report of single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Highway Q and Bishops Bay Parkway.

Firefighters were sent to 2334 Pennsylvania Ave. at 8:08 a.m. on reports of a vehicle crash that severed a main gas line feeding into the location.

Creed Moore, 18, and Duane Johnson, 24, are in custody in the March 7 killing of Kyle Thrasher, 23, at the BP Pleasant Springs Travel Plaza, 2763 Highway N.

There was significant damage to the storefront, but no structural damage to the building in the crash on Wednesday night.

Police were able to identify the suspect and arrest him about 10 minutes after the robbery was reported on Wednesday morning.
