Three KFC locations in Erie County all have the same owner. Two have been closed in two weeks and the third has code violations as well.

Two KFC restaurants have been closed in span of weeks. Health department's director of environmental services says "we aren't getting the response that we'd like to see there."

The owner of four Erie KFC locations cannot be contacted to address health code violations. The Buffalo Road location was closed Aug. 13. The Parade Street location remained closed, as well.

At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Aug. 7-14.
