Ortus Power Resources Italy secured a €97 million green, non-recourse loan to refinance 23 MW of operating solar plants and fund 78 MW of ready-to-build projects. Backed by Ortus Climate Mitigation and Omnes Capital, the financing supports renewable expansion, with multiple advisors and banks structuring a HoldCo-based, multi-line credit facility.
