Jillian Russell, 41, of Youngstown, was accused of the April 12, 2020, shooting death of Marcus Turnage, 36, of Youngstown, at a home in the 500 block of Lakewood Avenue.
A Campbell man convicted last month of the 2022 shooting death of a man on the North Side was sentenced Thursday to 23 years to life in prison.
Rachel Hoover received the sentence from Judge John Durkin after guilty pleas on March 12 to charges of endangering children, a third-degree felony; and gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.
