I am still swamped and trying to catch up. The new crisis unfolding is that the abandoned house next to my house sold, after 7-8 years of dormancy, and surprisingly enough the interior is ok and the foundation is still solid, so the guy is gutting it and renovating. We've talked and he's a nice guy and we are going to just put fruit trees in between our houses because we both like fruit and especially free fruit. So that is cool.
