GOSHEN, Ind. (WNDU) - Indiana's Family and Social Services Administration has filed a civil lawsuit seeking a court order to shut down what it calls a massive, unlicensed daycare operation inside a Goshen home.

Indiana officials are seeking a permanent injunction to shut the operation down after 86 children were found at the home.
