“Last month we lost at least one baby in every shelter, it’s heartbreaking,” said one humanitarian worker.

Irish authorities on Friday condemned a far-right, anti-immigrant faction that rapidly spread rumors about the perpetrator of a violent knife attack in Dublin and ultimately tore through the streets of Ireland's capital Thursday night, setting cars and buses on fire and smashing storefront windows.

“The truce, for us, turned our house into a funeral home,” said Shahd Matar, whose brothers were killed in an airstrike.

Critics said the outburst was a result of years of demonization of migrants by politicians in Ireland and elsewhere.

The agreement "is a step in the right direction for security," said one observer, "but that's not the only area where AI can cause harm."

"This is major loss for public health and a huge win for the tobacco industry—whose profits will be boosted at the expense of Kiwi lives," said one public health expert.

Actor and union organizer Hill Harper rejected the offer — which experts say would have broken the law.

"Eventually we will see more people dying from disease than from bombardment if we are not able to put back together this health system," said a spokesperson for the global health agency.
