It became clear very quickly colleges all over the United States did not know how to deal with the encampments set up by students and nonstudents, which were started to protest their schools' ties to Israel.

A college student teared up when she explained what the school was doing to punish her after she was arrested at the encampment that was set up at Arizona State University to protest Israel's war in Gaza.

The defense of the encampment at the University of California, Los Angeles has been viewed as wildly successful among far-left groups, but there is some controversy because at one point Los Angeles police officers were able to breach the perimeter before the California Highway Patrol officially cleared the area.

SEATTLE, Wash. — In a case of not-so-friendly fire, some members of the radical far-left group Antifa started to beat up and harass a fellow campus occupier at the University of Washington during the pro-Israel march that took place on Sunday.

The group said the 13 protesters ended the hunger strike out of 'health concerns.'

While some anti-Israel protesters are still facing criminal charges relating to their direct actions, many on college campuses have gotten the charges against them dropped.

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted last week to provide legal assistance for those who were arrested when law enforcement moved in to get rid of the anti-Israel encampment at the University of California, Los Angeles.
