Numerous Storms will develop across South Georgia through the rest of the afternoon and evening. Storms will be isolated at first but potentially cluster up heading into the evening, bringing more of a risk for flooding. Little will change through Memorial Day.

Another day of unsettled weather here in South Georgia for your Memorial Day. Daily rounds of afternoon storms remain in the forecast for the rest of the week. Afternoon temperatures hold in the 80s with lows around 70°.

Storms continue through the evening and ease up later overnight. Monday will be very hot with heat indices in the mid-upper 90s. We get a breather from the rain on Monday, but it doesn't last long because storms return on Tuesday. Rain chances fall to zero for the rest of the week with cooler temperatures setting up.

This weekend looks dry and toasty with highs around 90 each day. Humidity won't be too bad over the weekend, but it will be getting muggy again next week. High temperatures stick around 90° through next week, with only slight rain chances developing by mid week. Models favor some sort of tropical development in the Gulf late next week which could bring some rain to us.
