There are several events happening in The Woodlands area this weekend, July 30-Aug. 2, including the outdoor concert series Rock the Row and Quiet Discovery Hours at The Woodlands Children's Museum. This list is not comprehensive, and events are subject to change.

Montgomery County officials learned a federal grant will be available to help cover costs from the Pauline Road Fire, which affected 2,360 acres in the county in March 2025.

Tamina residents and officials with the city of Shenandoah and Montgomery County announced the pending completion of Phase 1 of the Tamina water and sanitary sewer connection project July 30. The project will provide the unincorporated community with public utilities from Shenandoah after a long history of water issues in the area.

The gym offers one-on-one personal training, group training, fitness classes, recovery equipment and an infrared sauna. A grand opening is in the works for October or November, he said.

Sportika Woodlands Indoor Padel opened in the Magnolia area July 27, Director Paulina Macias confirmed.
