The Department of Justice (DOJ) has charged the three defendants with assault and intimidation by force.

The event is scheduled for June 17 at the Boston Public Library.

The Trump administration, including the president, has denied allegations that the detention center is inhumane and/or unsanitary.

“This whole issue is not really about fraud,” said Wilson. “It’s about dividing and conquering. It’s about making an immigrant community a target.”

Eduardo Reyes-Serrano was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree animal cruelty and second-degree assault in unrelated incidents.

Battle Ground, Washington Mayor Eric Overholser said the city was “standing for the rule of law and civil obedience.”

Adan C. Hernandez-Mayoral, 25, of Auburn, pleaded guilty to hate crime charges in December 2025.
