Monster Hunter Wilds seems to be a game that’s on the tip of everyone’s tongue and for good reason. As someone who enjoyed Worlds and Rises, not to mention the prior games, I can’t wait to play what Capcom has in store for us. However, despite the wait, Capcom has been dropping new information about Monster Hunter Wilds, such as this recent interview with the Italian gaming website, Multiplayer It, which was conducted during the 2024 Tokyo Game Show.

When Windblown was revealed during the 2023 The Game Awards, I found it intriguing yet familiar. However, not much information about the game was shared at the time. Since then, I’ve been searching high and low to see what Motion Twin—yes, the developers of Dead Cells —had in store for us. Thankfully, I recently had the opportunity to try the game and eagerly jumped at the chance.

With the launch of Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero, the eagerly anticipated game for fans of the Dragon Ball anime and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai, Bandai Namco has released yet another video—this one titled Ignite the Spark. As the name suggests, it’s meant to hype up everyone looking forward to the game, and after watching it, I can say the goal has been achieved. However, I do wish it had some vocals.

Thanks to Motion Twin, known as the developer of Dead Cells, we have been able to get our hands on an early preview of Windblown, an upcoming roguelike that reminds me of Hades. Explore biomes, kill enemies, get stronger, and try not to die, just like in any roguelike game… but with anthropomorphic characters.

Halo. The word conjures up several emotions and has seen its share of ups and downs, but one thing you can say for sure is that the series is a fighter. With many rumors about what might happen to Halo, including the possibility of it going away, I’m glad to see that 343 Industries —now known as the Halo Studios—is out to show the world that it hasn’t given up. They are going beyond what they’ve done in the past to give us even more Halo.

After all the rumors, begging, and praying, Rockstar Games is finally going to make a lot of people very happy, as it has announced that Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare will be released for the PC as of October 29, 2024.

After years of waiting and being frustrated, our gaming friends in the Land Down Under will finally be able to get their hands on Valve’s Steam Deck, officially. After being spotted at PAX AUS 2024 by VR enthusiast Brad Lynch, who confirmed ahead of Valve announcing to the rest of the gaming world that the Steam Deck will be launching in Australia as of November 2024.

If you’re a fan of Tomb Raider and remastered titles, you’ll be happy to know that Aspyr has just announced Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered, which will be released on February 14, 2025.
