NEW YORK — A family of tourists' picturesque outing in a Central Park carriage turned into a nightmare Wednesday when an 18-year-old from India died

The victim was struck in the head on E. 187th St. near Park Ave. in Fordham shortly before 7 p.m., according to law enforcement.
