The deadline to apply for the City of Cortland’s annual “No Mow May” program is quickly approaching. City residents have until Friday (April 26) to register by either calling the code enforcement office at 607-844-7166 or completing a form here. Once a resident has registered for the program, they will receive a certificate of participation.
