Yadkinville leaders address data center concerns

Data centers have become a hot topic recently with many regions seeking a pause on allowing any to build in area towns and counties. Yadkin County has enacted its own pause, a two-year moratorium on data centers in unincorporated areas, while leaders work on zoning and land use plans. That moratorium, however, does not affect municipalities in the county, including the town of Yadkinville which is set to have a data center locate there soon.
