CHIPPEWA FALLS (WQOW) - A ruling in the Lily Peters' murder case is expected Tuesday morning. In a matter of hours, we will learn if the now 16-year-old suspect will be tried as an adult or if his case will be moved to the juvenile court system.

Lily Peters was 10-years-old when she was sexually assaulted and murdered in April 2022. Shortly after, a 14-year-old suspect known as C.P.-B. was named.
