LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Join the South Plains Kidney Foundation for a fun-filled evening dedicated to community support and kidney health advocacy. This is our big fundraiser for the South Plains Kidney Foundation, the only local organization bringing education and awareness to kidney disease in the Lubbock and West Texas Area. We are not affiliated with any national organizations, so all funds raised stay local to help those in need dealing with Kidney Disease in the Lubbock and West Texas Area. We have rented out the entire pool for a private, family-friendly celebration that makes a real difference.
Registered Dietician Brenda Garcia joins us in the Corner Kitchen this week with a shaved steak stir-fry using a simple homemade sauce for a fast weeknight meal.
