An Indianapolis man who was facing 37 gun, battery, invasion of privacy and drug charges saw his case settled via a plea agreement in Hancock Circuit Court late last week.

Following several days of investigation by Hancock County Sheriff’s Office and Hancock County Prosecutor’s Office, including interviews with witnesses, a man who shot and killed another man last week in a road-rage incident will not be charged.
