“A lot of our projects are in downtown village or urban centers,” the developer said. “We like being on or nearby Main Street. This fit the bill.”

Bell Farm Shops grew from three employees in 2017 to 21 today. In 2025, Bell Farm surpassed $1 million in annual sales, 3.6 times the sales volume of its first year.
