The Des Peres Board of Aldermen unanimously passed the 2026 budget presented at its last meeting by Finance Director Tracy Hansen.

The Des Peres Board of Aldermen is allowing Brinkman Construction to start an hour earlier — at 7 a.m. instead of 8 a.m. — for the Magnolia Ridge Development at 13431 Manchester Road.
