A woman with a history of DUIs has been arrested and charged in connection with a March 15 crash on Rock Creek Parkway that killed a Lyft driver and two men he was taking home from a night out in D.C., according to Park Police and court records.
Nakita Marie Walker, a 43-year-old from Washington, was arrested and charged Monday with second-degree murder in the March 15 crash on Rock Creek Parkway.
Nakita Walker's attorney said she had a license. A DMV official said someone with such a DUI history should've had it revoked, and pointed to technical errors.
