Police said they arrested the two teens, ages 17 and 16, on Thursday after reviewing surveillance video that linked them to the shooting in the 200 block of Pebble Valley Drive.

The new law means restaurants can't automatically include utensils and condiments. Customers must request them.

Officials said the shooting occurred at approximately 9:40 a.m. inside a home on the 6500 block of Regent Street.

Police say an argument at a family gathering escalated into a stabbing that injured three people, including a 14-year-old boy.

The crash was reported around 7:20 a.m. in the area of Aramingo Avenue and Church Street, police said.

The defendants were charged in connection with healthcare schemes that targeted Pennsylvania's Medicaid program, resulting in more than $4 million in fraudulent claims, officials said.

The complaint accuses Amazon of causing thousands of New Jersey residents to earn lower wages and endure harsher working conditions than they otherwise would. Amazon says the claims are "just wrong."

Police are still working to identify three suspects in connection with the July 6 shooting on Broadstairs Place in Dover.

Lee Johnson, 26, was most recently seen near the 6100 block of Algon Avenue, police said.

The 16-year-old was shot Tuesday night in the area of South Carlisle and East Union streets.
