Hello, brothers and sisters. Whether you believe it to be true or not, God is so good to us. For years, I believed giving my life to Jesus meant I had to die immediately. See, I hadn't always been saved, and I didn't have an understanding of the word of God. I lived for the devil in my younger years. The devil had a field day with me back then.

Matthew 25:21 states, “his lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” Further, Matthew 7:21-23 says, “Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

Proverbs 15:3 tells us, “The eyes of the Lord are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good.”

Ezekiel 18:4 tells us, “Behold, all souls are Mine; the soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is Mine; the soul who sins shall die.” Further Mattew 11:29 says, “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” James 1:21 states, “Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.” Additionally, 1 Peter 2:25 says, “For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. Also, Revelation 6:9 says, “When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.”

John 3:16-17 states, “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
