WASHINGTON — A Kuwaiti man who obtained a green card in the U.S. is being sent home after he called America “the enemy” and expressed support for terrorists.Tareq Alkhudari entered the country on a non-immigrant student visa in 2014 to attend San Jose State University, a source familiar with the situation said. He gained lawful permanent resident status in November 2024, but is now in federal custody pending removal from the United States after Secretary of State Marco Rubio terminated his legal status. In posts from his Instagram and Bluesky accounts, Alkhudari repeatedly expresses disdain for the United States and white people. In December 2025, he posted a cartoon of a brown-skinned individual preparing to set fire to the American-flag-cape draped over the shoulders of a woman dressed in red, white, and blue.In another post he speaks positively of the “Al-Aqsa Flood,” the code name given by Hamas for their terror attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.“Since Al-Aqsa Flood, we’ve witnessed an unprecedented surge in public support for Palestine,” reads a graphic that Alkhudari shared. The post questions whether Western supporters of Palestinians are genuine and whether their support is “consequential and coincidental, or has it been prepared for this inevitable time?”He also shared a graphic stating “the compass remains Palestine” and “the enemy remains Isntreal and Amerika.”In another post, he mocks a woman for defending both Palestinians and Americans, writing: “Lol I wonder what this cracker would think if she knew I watch documentaries and investigations of white on white crimes to soothe myself to sleep.”In an Instagram post about his plans to travel home to Kuwait before President Donald Trump launched Operation Epic Fury, Alkhudari blames “Isntreal and Amerika” for the “instability” and says those countries are responsible even if an Iranian missile kills him. As he lamented reports of a deal between Iran and the United States, Alkhudari posted a photo of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Trump, saying: “Hope whatever the other carries is contagious and they both perish from a comet striking them just before they take their final breaths suffocating on white phosphorous [sic] and their own blood.”He also railed against “incessant Amerikan and zionist expansion proxy warfare, sectarian fragmentation, and the normalization of colonial presences across the region.”“The Trump administration will never allow foreigners who denigrate our great nation to abuse the hospitality of the United States and remain on American soil,” a State Department official shared. “This foreign national wished harm on our president, referred to America as ‘the enemy,’ and voiced support for foreign terror organizations,” the official added. “Foreign nationals who echo propaganda from foreign adversaries while residing in the United States should expect to find themselves on a deportation flight. They must return home.” Alkhudari also expressed an intense hatred of Americans, even those who agreed with his political causes.“You satiate your desperations from theatrical representations with more American consumerism, as the country continues its planned genocides, colonization, and exploitation of Black, Brown, and indigenous bodies,” he wrote in a post on Bluesky.Another post slams Westerners who “identify as pro-Palestine” but don’t understand why Iran is targeting American bases in the Middle East, saying that these Westerners are “exposing the limits of their political literacy and nature of their performativity.”“There is no point walking them through it,” he writes. “It’s fruitless labor. Imagine explaining sectarianism to a white Amerikan who roots for Francesca Albanese and thinks Pierce [sic] Morgan’s sympathy signifies change…If one cannot situate the Zionist entity within the broader architecture of regional militarization and normalization, the confusion is self imposed.”In a Kuwaiti newspaper article, Alkhudari tears into New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, arguing that Mamdani is not radical enough and “came from the heart of the American liberal establishment and enjoyed the support of white feminist movements and liberal normalizers whose true loyalty remained with the American colonial system, even if they wore the mask of ‘progress and civilization.'”And as he reflected on how Americans are beginning to view the Palestinian cause and what freedom means to him, he questions: “Does it mean a state alongside the occupier? Or does it mean dismantling the existing entity and establishing a single, just state on all of the land? Eyes are beginning to open to the fact that among them are normalization advocates and traitors hiding behind masks of freedom.”

WASHINGTON — Fourteen women who say they were harmed by abortion drugs are urging Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to settle a federal lawsuit over mail-order abortion drugs involving a woman who says she was coerced into aborting her unborn baby by her boyfriend, according to a letter exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire.The letter comes ahead of Blanche’s scheduled confirmation hearings, currently set for July 15 and July 16, indicating that Blanche may face questions from Republican senators on the Justice Department’s attitude toward mail-order abortion drugs. Under President Joe Biden, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) made it much easier for women to obtain abortion drugs through the mail without safety precautions.Pro-abortion advocates have argued that the coronavirus pandemic made it necessary for women to be able to abort their babies at home using mail-order abortion drugs. Opponents of the drugs argue that abortions-by-mail have been found to harm many women and open the door to documented cases of coercion and violence.“The Department of Justice must act now to protect women by listening to and standing with Rosalie Markezich, rather than fighting against her in litigation,” reads a letter sent to Blanche on July 8, signed by Tramelle Jones, Sara Huff, Elizabeth Henschel, Dora Rhode Esparza, Jannette Houston, Grace Cardoso, Abby Johnson, Kelly Lester, Erin Woods, Alani Harmon, Haile McAnally, Shanyce Thomas, McKenzie Kaupa-Thiesse, and Jessica Williams.The women describe how Markezich, as a young woman in Louisiana, was delighted to discover she was pregnant. Her boyfriend did not feel the same way.“She wanted her baby. She worked with children, loved them, and did not reject the thought of motherhood,” they wrote. “Yet according to her account, her then-boyfriend changed his mind, used her information to obtain abortion drugs by mail from a California abortionist, and pressured her to take them even though she did not want to end her pregnancy.”“We grieve with Rosalie because many of us recognize parts of our own stories in hers: the pressure, the confusion, the fear, the absence of real medical care, and the feeling that the system was designed to move drugs faster than it was designed to protect women. No woman should be forced, pressured, deceived, or abandoned into taking drugs that end her child’s life and place her own health at risk.”The women blame the FDA’s abortion drug policy for putting Markezich in this situation, warning Blanche that the policy is “the same policy the Department is defending in court” through Louisiana v. FDA. They urge the acting attorney general to side with Markezich and settle her legal case immediately so that “abortion drugs are no longer sent through the mail in ways that put women at risk.”“The federal government should not defend policies that make it easier for men, abusers, traffickers, or anyone else to obtain abortion drugs in a woman’s name and pressure her to take them in isolation,” they write.Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of SBA Pro-Life America, told The Daily Wire on Wednesday that the current crisis of mail-order abortion drugs is a “direct result of Biden federal policy.” Her organization has documented a number of cases of abortion drug coercion and violence across the nation, including the alarming story of a U.S. Army captain sentenced to 12 years in prison who poisoned a female junior soldier with mifepristone and killed their baby.“Again,” she said, “we implore Acting AG Blanche as the Senate weighs his nomination: please, listen to the survivors and settle the case without further delay.”A Fifth Circuit panel had previously found that Markezich’s case was “strongly likely” to succeed based on their claim that the FDA mail-order abortion rule violates the Administrative Procedure Act. But opponents of the abortion drugs argue that the litigation will take a long time to resolve while women and babies are continuing to be harmed.“Settling this case would send a clear message that women’s safety matters, that coercion is real, that state laws protecting women and unborn children deserve respect, and that the Department of Justice will not ignore the real-world consequences of weakened abortion-drug safeguards,” write the fourteen women harmed by abortion drugs.“We do not all share the same story, the same zip code, or the same season of life,” they added. “But we are united in asking the Department of Justice to recognize the harm women have suffered and to act before more women are placed in similar danger. For Rosalie, and for women and girls across the country who may never have the chance to tell their stories publicly, we ask you to act with urgency: side with Rosalie, settle the case, and help restore safeguards that can prevent further harm.”Signer Haile McAnally took abortion drugs that were given to her at an abortion center, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America shared, but when she got home, she began hemorrhaging in her bathtub. A friend discovered her and rushed her to the emergency room where she received a blood transfusion and doctors were able to save her life.“I am supporting Rosalie because, like so many women, I fell prey to the propaganda surrounding the abortion pill — and it nearly took my life,” she told The Daily Wire on Wednesday. “I received mine in person at a clinic and still suffered serious medical complications; now these drugs are being shipped across the country with little to no oversight. For the health and safety of women, we have to do better — that starts with immediately stopping the mail shipment of these pills.”Another signer, Jessica Williams, shared that she was pressured to abort her child by her estranged husband and ordered the drugs online through chat, with no screening. The abortion drugs shipped across state lines to a hotel where she picked them up, took them, and then immediately regretted her choice and called a pregnancy center where she obtained abortion pill reversal.She named her baby daughter, who survived and is thriving, Kaylee Grace, partially after the pregnancy center that helped her.“Every woman deserves to make decisions free from coercion or pressure and with appropriate medical support, screenings & safeguards,” she told The Daily Wire. “The abortion pill carries an FDA black box warning label, as it is not an over-the-counter drug and comes with real risks to the lives of both mother and baby. I am a nurse and a woman who has experienced coercion from a partner to take the pill, but my child was saved by abortion pill reversal. Some women and children are not that fortunate because of mail-order drugs.”

Absolutely,” Vance said. “I think the evidence is clear on that.“Throughout the past week, prosecutors spent days revealing surveillance footage, forensic evidence, an alleged confession note, and testimony from Robinson’s ex-roommate and transgender lover Lance Twiggs, as well as Robinson’s parents. Vance and Kirk were close friends, and Vance has spoken openly about the role Kirk played in convincing President Donald Trump to choose him as his vice president.Vance addressed claims in an upcoming book from New York Times journalists Jonathan Swan and Maggie Haberman, who report that Vance’s “instincts told him that there was a larger plot behind” Kirk’s murder in the days following Kirk’s death. And you know what God encourages to do is to care about justice and not vengeance. And so, if I’m being honest, my mind wishes for justice and hopes that Tyler Robinson is able to find forgiveness and find mercy. But I don’t feel that, and I don’t particularly care about that person or what happens to him.”Reflecting on his own grief after the death of his friend, Vance said he remains as “heartbroken.”“I think selfishly, I was thinking about what it would mean for for us, for the movement, and then you know, non-selfishly, I was thinking about what it would mean for Erika and the kids,” he said. “And you know, Charlie was one of those guys who was not just a friend, he was sort of a confidant. He was a guy that I could rely on. He was a guy that I could confide in. And there aren’t that many people when you’re the vice president of the United States.”“It was a very, very big loss to me,” he shared. Vance also repeatedly returned to the impact that Kirk’s death has on his family, his wife Erika, and his two children. “I think about this a lot as a young father, and this is probably the thought that I’ve had the most consistently since Charlie’s death: thank God, my kids are at an age where, if God forbid, something happened to me, they would they would have memories of me, and Charlie’s kids are at that age where, especially for his youngest child, but even for his oldest child, you just worry that a young father who poured his heart and soul into that family, you worry that those kids won’t have any memory of them, and I think that is the greatest tragedy of all of this.” “And I know it’s something Erika cares a lot about,” added Vance. “It’s certainly something I’ve thought a lot about over the last year, but I think we have to take some some, as Lincoln would say, some measure of devotion to that, that his kids should know at the very least who he was, that that they were beloved, and that their dad gave his life fighting for the very best principles of the country that he loved.”

The president called Iran’s leaders “scum” and “sick people,” but said he would allow negotiations to continue.Asked if he personally wants to negotiate with Iran, the vice president said the administration is moving in lockstep together on the process with Iran.“What so many people from the outside of the administration don’t appreciate is that we all have obviously very robust conversations about how to solve this or that problem, but when the president makes a decision, we follow that decision,” he added. “And right now, the decision is talk to the Iranians. But fundamentally, when you make a deal with the United States, you have to honor it.
