YORK – Braxton L. Devor, 20, of Utica, has been sentenced to jail, in York County District Court for first degree forgery.

YORK – Arraignment proceedings were scheduled this week for Troy West, 55, of Waco, has been charged with theft by deception with a value of more than $5,000, a Class 2A felony; unauthorized use of a financial transaction device with a value of more than $5,000, a Class 2A felony; abuse of a vulnerable adult, a Class 3A felony; and criminal possession of a financial transaction device, a Class 3 misdemeanor.

I read somewhere how adult dogs sleep 14 hours a day – some of it at night, some of it during at least two naps during the day. I guess that's the quota we must fulfill in order to maintain our mental and physical health.

YORK – This past week in York County District Court, Robert Broderick, 61, of Lincoln, changed his plea in a case involving his being a parolee who was arrested on multiple charges associated with illegal weapons and drugs.
