The 15th floor of a parking garage in Westchester County appeared to suddenly collapse on Wednesday, damaging a number of cars parked on the floor below. No injuries were reported in the collapse at the White Plains garage near South Broadway. Primary searches were negative, according to the Yonkers fire department.
