Our extreme heat warning is EXTENDED yet again due to the ongoing heat and humid conditions. With the higher humidity, it is making it feel even hotter outside. I am also EXTENDING our Weather Authority First Alert Action Day until 8 pm Sunday for the Desert Southwest.

Tracking ongoing heat to start off the week, but thankfully, I am tracking cooler temperatures this week. Monsoonal moisture will also keep the humid conditions with higher rain and storm chances in the days ahead.

Tracking monsoonal moisture that has finally cooled down our temperatures, but still keeping us very humid. We do have chances for showers and storm potential for the first half of the week.
