(LAGRANGE) - There will be plenty to see and do Monday at the 2026 LaGrange County 4-H Fair. At 12 PM the Live String Encounter will begin. Throughout the afternoon you can see the Wheels of Agriculture game show; Twiggy The Water Skiing Squirrel show; and Dana Kunze's High Diving Spectacular. There will also be Kids Trolley Rides and the Butterfly Garden.

(LAGRANGE) - More fun is in store today at the 2026 LaGrange County 4-H Fair. Today is Senior Day at the Fair. Anyone 65 and older gets in for free. This Kidz Zone will be open at 9 AM. Also at 9 AM is the 4-H horse and pony halter, showmanship and western classes. The 4-H poultry show also begins. At 12 PM the Live Stingray Encounter will begin.

(LAGRANGE) - Wednesday is the midway point for the 2026 LaGrange County 4-H Fair and there's plenty on the schedule. The Commercial Displays are now open. Starting at 10 AM the 4-H dairy show will take place in the Pavilion, then at 11 AM the 4-H draft horse cart class will be going on.

(LANSING) - The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is continuing to investigate an outbreak of Cyclosporiasis in the State. As of July 13, there were 2,640 reported cases in Michigan, including 6 in St. Joseph County, 4 in Branch County, 4 in Cass County and 15 in Hillsdale County.

(OKEMOS) - A lawsuit has been filed against Sturgis Hospital. The Michigan Nurses Association filed the lawsuit on July 10 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, saying Sturgis Hospital violated the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification or WARN Act.

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Three Northern Indiana regions will be under an Air Quality Action Day on Thursday. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management issued the forecasted air quality action day, saying that fine particulate matter (PM2.5) levels are expected to be in the Unhealthy range (Red) and ozone levels are expected to be in the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups range (Orange) in Northeast Indiana, including the cities of LaGrange, Angola, Decatur, Fort Wayne, Hartford, Huntington City, Marion, Portland, Wabash and all other cities within the area.

(BATTLE CREEK) - The date for Carrie VanDeventer-Douponce's preliminary hearing has been changed. Calhoun County District Court officials say that VanDeventer-Douponce's preliminary hearing, originally scheduled for July 22 is now scheduled to take place on August 11.

(BATTLE CREEK) - A Three Rivers man suffered critical injuries in a two vehicle crash. The Battle Creek Police Department says they along with the Battle Creek Fire Department were called to a personal injury crash at Raymond Road and East Emmett Street at 3:30 PM Tuesday.
